Overview: Sensitron Semiconductor was a U.S.-based manufacturer of high-reliability power semiconductors and protection devices. They specialized in silicon rectifiers, TVS diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, and custom hybrid modules used in aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical applications.
