Conductive Tape and Sheet
Conductive Tape: Adhesive tape embedded with conductive materials (e.g., copper, aluminum, or carbon) used for EMI shielding, grounding, or electrical connections.
- Types: Copper foil tape, aluminum tape, Z-axis conductive tape
- Applications: Shielding, PCB repair, sensor assembly, grounding straps
- Features: Pressure-sensitive adhesive, solderable (copper), anti-corrosion coating
Conductive Sheet: Flexible or rigid sheets made of conductive materials used in shielding, electrodes, or flexible circuits.
- Materials: Copper, aluminum, conductive polymers, ITO (Indium Tin Oxide)
- Applications: EMI/RFI shielding enclosures, touch panels, heated windows, gaskets
- Forms: Foil rolls, die-cut pieces, laminated composites
Selection Tips: Consider conductivity, thickness, adhesion, flexibility, and environmental resistance.
