Buzzer
A buzzer is an audio signaling device, commonly used in electronic circuits for alarms, timers, and user feedback. There are two main types:
- Active Buzzer: Has an internal oscillator; produces sound when DC voltage is applied.
- Passive Buzzer: Requires an external AC signal (square wave) to generate sound; allows frequency control.
Typical Operating Voltage: 3.3V to 12V
Pins: VCC (power), GND (ground), and sometimes IN (signal for active or PWM input for passive)
Note: Always check datasheet for polarity and drive requirements.
